Terms of Use

Alospws is not a registered company. It is currently operated by two individuals, Nefeli Ellina and Abdulrahman Alafandi, from Cyprus. You can reach us at contact@alospws.com.

Alospws is in pre-launch. Right now the site does one real thing: it accepts applications from people who want to be among our founding tutors. These terms cover that application and your use of this website.

The tutoring marketplace is not open. There is no booking, no payment, no tutor directory and no student matching. Where the site shows how booking will work, it is a demonstration using sample data.

Applying is free, and it does not guarantee acceptance.

When you apply, you confirm that:

• you are 18 or over;
• the information you give us is accurate, including your name, education and the subjects you say you can teach;
• the documents you upload are genuine, and are yours to submit — you either own them or have permission to share them; and
• you are applying for yourself, not on someone else's behalf.

We read every application ourselves. We may decline any application, ask for more information, or remove an application — including where we think the information given is inaccurate or the documents are not genuine. We are not obliged to explain a decision, though we will usually say something.

Being accepted as a founding tutor is not an offer of employment, and it does not create a contract to provide tutoring. It means we intend to invite you into the marketplace when it opens.

We charge nothing to apply or to be considered. There is nothing to pay for on this site, and we do not ask for payment details anywhere.

When the marketplace opens, the things that make a marketplace work will need their own terms: how sessions are requested and confirmed, what tutors and students owe each other, pricing, payments, cancellations, refunds and disputes.

None of that exists yet, and none of it is covered here. We will publish those terms before those features go live, and you will be asked to accept them before using them. Nothing on this page commits you to terms you have not seen.

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing us.

How we handle the information you send us is set out in our Privacy Policy. The short version: we keep applications for 12 months and then delete them, we do not use AI to assess them, and you can ask us to delete yours at any point.

These terms are intended to be governed by the law of Cyprus, where Alospws is operated from.
